what are some sites to find reasonable transport, dont want to pallletize them.....is RELAY still active?
Well, "Reasonable" cross country freight carriers are a thing of the past. Not willing to use a pallet really narrows your choice of carriers. I bought a bench seat for my 40 Ford a year ago and it came out of northern Michigan on a pallet air freight for just under $400.oo. I thought that was fair. I'm currently getting a pair of Bucket seats shipped from Ky using the same carrier. Much smaller footprint, half the weight and less milage and the cost is nearly $200.oo more. Any major truck freight Co made both deals not doable. Our Dollar is depreciating really really fast.
