I have a 1933 chevy with 6 inch headlight and I am looking for bigger ones. Anyone have any good ideas on where to look for some, I would like blinkers in the headlight. Thanks.
I think the 32 Ford Commercial lights are quite large. Possibly also avail with the integral indicator light.
they might be expensive, but some of the Mercedes of that era had really good looking tri bar headlights, big too, I'm sure someone repops them, they would look nice on anything from that era
Here's the Ford 33 commercial lights on my 27 Dodge Brothers that needed large lights You can buy them without the Ford logo about $300
Not GM but check the Ford V8 suppliers for 32 headlights. Either car or commercial. They aren't cheap but look good on most 32 and older rigs without having that stuck on as an afterthought look.
Thanks for all the replys! I think the ford commercial are the way to go they look real good. Thanks again everyone.
Use the stock style lights. They are on ebay all the time. Stay away from the accessory 682 (j and C) series lights people always want a fortune for them. I converted my stock lights with a halogen setup with blinkers inside. Are you going fenderless or with the fenders?
The car is a sedan with a nice chop and fenderless, and running moon discs. Jeff, ya need to post some pics here so they get an idea what it looks like
