need blower carb susgestions 327 w 6-71

well im at that point built a 1968 large journel 327 line bored honed balanced, 6"egle rods forged JE pistons crower custom grind cam solid lift 3000 to 7200 12cl at 558 lift world product cast iron heads sanderson large tube headders all arp fastners its top noch.
now for carbs the maxmun air needed at 7500 is 925 cfm options are 2 holley 600 with ? boost indexing or 2 elderbrock 500 or 2 600 afb I allready have them came with blower need some input from blower guys its not a normal project total waight of car 1900 t bucket
