    Hello Folks,

Does anyone know of any automotive or industrial supply outfit in the San Francisco Bay Area that can fab up a #10 3" o-ring male-to-female aluminum AC liquid line extension (like the one in the picture)?

This is for use with the Vintage Air system on my 56 Chevy. I tried every entity within a 20-mile radius and came up empty; just trying to avoid ordering it from VA and waiting a week (I'm really impatient! [IMG])

    Thanks.

If you have the part number from VA, try finding it on Amazon, Summit, or even ebay. The first two will ship faster than Vintage Air can figure out how to.

  3. My first stop would be a local hydraulic parts and service shop. They have to carry anything and everything because of their diverse customer base and they fabricate while you wait (and sometimes while you watch).

It's a custom length, not a regularly stocked part. No part number to speak of.

Tried all of the ones close by, they are all great folks but none of them have the capability to bend up the specialized AC tubing with O-ring fittings.
