Need Emergency Brake Parts

I have a 1948 Ford F-1 Pick-up, all of the emergency brake parts were torn off the truck, I have gotten a handle, the clips, the cables, what I need is the yoke parts that are under the truck that ties all of these cables together, I have no idea what they look like, I tried all of the on line parts distributers with no luck. Any help out there? Can these parts be had anywhere or can you build them? Does anyone have a picture of this?
