   I'm looking for a 20 gal. aluminum fuel cell/gas tank that doesn't have the sump hanging down a couple of inches from the bottom. Any leads?

   you are looking for a circle track fuel cell. Check with Summit, Jegs, Lefthander, D&M, Coleman, BSR, you may be able to find something used at Fast Parts or your local circle track.
