Hey guys I could use some help my shoebox I just got has some 7" headlights in the front that the previous owner recessed in and was adapting some bezels from another car onto them, I'm not sure if I'm gonna get the other bezels so I'm looking for some sort of finishing ring to go around the headlight or a replacement headlight for this kind of look any help would be greatly appreciated! The grey car is mine and I'm looking for something like the copper shoebox, thanks

Something is way out of kilter on that setup and I am not positive of what except it looks like they used the wrong headlight buckets and or mounted them wrong.

I'm kind of thinking that 55Brodie is right, it looks like they used Hagens but didn't inset the lights and use the ugly ass ring that came with them but made them look worse yet by setting them out as if you usaed a stock painted 49/50 ring and welded it on after putting the bucket in from the back.

What is behind it? Can you remove the whole headlight bucket or is it welded in the fender?he
Outside of starting over the fix might end up being to chrome the retainer rings and put stainless screws in it. That still wouldn't be the greatest but it may be the only simple save.

An afterthought: Can you do some adjusting or remove a spacer and slip the lights back in the opening about half an inch so the retainer rings are recessed in the opening and just a bit of the lens protrudes out to flush with the outer ring or just past it?
Here is the Hagen instruction sheet http://www.haganauto.com/v/vspfiles/files/pdf/4050instructions.pdf I'd pop a light out and check behind. it to see what they did
