Need Held Identifying Old Dirt Car

A buddy of mine sent me this pic and he is trying to identify what make and model the car is. The picture is of his Aunt and Uncle and was taken in 1958. He believes the car was run in NY... Any help would be appreciated!

 

looks like a 33/34 ford 5 window def has a flatty in it

 

Any other input on this car? I would have bet money I saw this pic on an earlier post on the Hamb. I did a search and couldn't come up with anything.

Here in northeastern PA near Scranton they used to race at Bone Stadium...

Another vote for 33/34 5 window.

 

your best bet is to post the pic again on the 60's and 70's vintage modified thread, and the historic stock car photos threads...
both of these threads stay close to the top ever day,usually in the first 10 pages... and the guys there know alot...

 

Itsa '33 Ford five-window, not a '34. See, there's no web in the back edge of the window.

It think its something like a model y ford.

definately not a USA 33 34 ford, just doenst have the correct shapes and reveals
