Did the frame swap on my 54 this weekend and having problems with mounts lining up on the drivers side. Passanger side and front mounts all line up but the driver side is like a 1/4 of inch off. Whats the best way to get them inline? Did the swap old school way with jack stands.

    Thanks for the help!!

    What frame to what body?

Is the wheelbase the same on both sides and the frame measure the same from opposite corner to corner front to back?

1/4" isn't too bad for a factory frame of any kind.

I put a 1954 Chevy 210 post car on a 1950 Chevy Styline frame. It all matches up, just dont know how to just slide like one side of the car back a 1/4 of inch. thought about enlarging the mounting holes on the frame but I am not sure if that is a good idea or not??

Loosen the other mounts, stick a big punch through the mount holes, and pry it into alignment.
