Technical Need help finding a 3rd party inspector in or near Burbank, CA

Hi All:

Need help finding/researching a 3rd party inspector in or near Burbank, CA. I'm thinking of purchasing a car out there (I live in NJ). I've never done this before so I'm not sure where to even start with this.

I'm working on getting a shipping quote, but both the seller and I agree we want someone to look at it to protect both of us in the sale.
