Technical Need help finding a screw…

Hey guys, I am having trouble finding some replacement tapered machine screws that attach the outside door handles on my ‘40 Olds to the latch mechanism. I’ve looked online to no avail. I’m not sure what they are called. I can find lots of door hardware but not these tapered screws. I can modify a regular machine screw, but I’d rather have the original replacements. I’ve got one, need three more. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated…

Dang! 2 bucks, I would have chucked on up in my drill and filed it down……not
