need help identifing

    having some brake issues with the rearend. whats the best way to figure out what the rearend is out of?

    Post some pictures, of the center pumpkin (front and back), the tubes, the backing plates and the brakes.
    Also measure the width (mounting surface to mounting surface) and the drum diameter, all that info helps.

    Someone on here will be able to ID it.

    :confused: well is it chevy ford dodge ?? once you know that ,,pull the drum and you should know what your dealing with..with the info your giving,,kinda like peeing on a flat rock in the middle of a thunderstorm

    I know its a GM. i tried to use casting #s off wheel cylinders but nobody could do it. Is there any other place to look for #s.

    Okay......does it have a removeable rear inspection cover, and if so, how many bolts hold it on? Without pictures, this may take a while.

    the adjuster hole is in the drum. ill try to figure out how to do pics

  10. Nova or Camaro because of pinion yoke. Is the bolt pattern 5 on 4 3/4"? Does it look like somebody torched some axle seats from under the housing about where the coil over shocks are located?
