Need Help Identifying These...

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by El Hueso, Nov 24, 2005.

  1. I believe the first two are the front portions of Dodge Brothers touring bodies. The last I believe is a Model T rear portion of a touring. Can anybody confirm this and possibly know the years?
I got these near Spokane about three weeks ago. They were in the middle of nowhere. As your driving down dirt farm roads you come upon this "junk" pile in the middle of a field that's in a circle. Wish I had some pictures of that.
The plan is to make a roadster pickup out of one with my Model A swap meet pickup bed, powered by a 322 nailhead. The other I want take the front portion of one of the Dodges and use the Model T for the rear, and make a highly traditional, flathead powered, pure salt flat/dry lake racer modified, and pull it behind the roadster pickup. Hopefully I'll live long enough to see that happen...

You have two Dodge cowl sections and a 1915-22 Ford T rear touring car section. If the brake dogbones on that A front end are tapered it is an early 1928 item I believe.

Wouldn't call me an expert, but they're Pre-20 DB, because of the verticle windshield. The really low cowl says pre-17 to me. Is there a dash board or place where it once was?
