Wow!, With doors! The doors are impossible!

 

That looks like it's been sectioned already ... take 6'' out of the roof & channel it over a Model A frame ...

 

Here are some more picture the can corners are round the pictures of a 31 dodges I have looked at look square.

That's a tall cab--I'm 6' 5" and I'd have room to wear Abe Lincoln's stovepipe hat in that cab.
