Technical Need help identifying this car. Anyone?

Zero chance this is a factory built car, not with that shortened wheelbase. Doesn't look like a photoshop either though, unless it's a very well done one, with a lot of time spent getting details right. Looks like someone just shortened a regular coupe just enough to eliminate the quarter windows.

An incredible amount of work to end up with an oddly proportioned car, would have been much easier and better looking to leave the wheelbase alone, add 2 door sedan doors, maybe even with a bit of stretch, and reshape the back of the roof.
