Need help Identifying this car Felsen

I'm trying to list all the cars my dad owned, and have this photo, but have no idea what kind of car it is. Please help!

Without a clearer shot of the radiator shell or windshield posts, I think Abomb's ID is about as good as it will get.

i think 24-25 4 cyl buick. Got one in the barn
and the ligts and fenders look exactly like
that and the length of the hood
