Need help identifying this sedan...

I found this at the junkyard a couple weekends ago, and snapped a bad photo with my cell phone. Anyone have any idea what make/model it is?

Yep, 37-39 chevy looks like to me....

I think it looks more like 37-8 Mopar, but hard to tell from that photo.
