Need help id'ing steering box

Anyone know what steering box this is? I'm looking to rebuild this soon.

I thought it was off a van of some sort, but I suspected a Dodge.

A VW box is a good thing, right? I've seen other threads that talk about the versatility of the VW box. It steers pretty good for a manual. Who would rebuild or have parts for such a beast?
