I have a link i'll send you if your interested. I won't post it here, It's too another board. But basically Olds/Pontiac is the same suspension and you can bolt on a ball joint suspension and upgrade to disc brakes, some fabrication required but alot less work than a subframe. I did it to my 55 and it was fairly easy.

Mustang II front and a triangulated 4-bar rear with coil-over shocks on all 4 corners. Don't screw around with camaro clip **** on a 30's car. The track width is all wrong and by the time you even come close to making it right, you will have spent 3 times what a Heidt's front end would have cost and your front geometry will be even worse than it was before you fixed the track width issues. Not to mention that the resale value of pretty much any frame with a clip is zero. We sell them to the local s**** dealers.

The above statement is correct a Mustang 2 up front and a 8" Ford rear out back from a Granada with 3:00 or 3:25 gear ratio. This combo with your 350/350 set will be dependable and easy to work with.
