need help on 390 cadillac

my caddy trans is no good. any idea where i can get another, or would anything else bolt up to my 1960,vintage 390 caddy engine.

 

as far as i know nothing else will bolt right up too your 390, they do make adapters to you other gm trans though, ie 350 or 400.
i could be wrong so im sure someone will post on here.

 

Transdapt makes adapters to put any gm auto behind a 390. I have a '60 390 in my '37 Ford PU. I put a TH400 behind it. I got the adapter from Speedway.

I still have the hydromatic that was originally behind it. It's got 70K miles on it, but thats all I know about it. Let me know if you might be interested.

These guys make adapters too. More expensive, but its steel plate, not aluminum.
