Need help on eletrical problem

I know you're trying to do this on your own, so you can learn and so you can say you did it yourself, but you're already asking people on this board for help, so.... I really suggest finding some HAMBer or the like to take a look at it in person.

I've been following this post and seen several valid but different suggestions. There's only so much diagnosis you can do from online posts.

 

What is the best way to find local HAMBer in my area? Central Califronia.
