   Sometimes when l wish to join in to a topic my comments are accepted but when l try to add a photo along with it l get a statement saying the community does not allow attachments in this forum.

   Try without the App.
   
   Also make sure your picture is not too big.
   If it is too big - resize it.
   
   Guideline Target is in the 600 X 800 pixel size.
