look under the back of a big truck 18 wheeler or its trailer thy look like the ends of air brake chambers you could probably pick some up for free at a truck repair shop be careful tearing them down there a large spring in side
Don't even think about taking those maxi-brake chambers apart unless you know exactly how to dis-***emble them. Those springs in there are designed to hold the weight of semis, dump trucks, etc. That spring will come flying out of the chamber and tear your head off!
flyboy 89 does the top of his air cleaner not look like the ends of a 30-30 brake chamber also he is right: there usley a 4"bolt with tangs in the side that comes out and goes in the rear hole to "cage the brakes" once thats done it OK to dismantle
G***er1, they do. Those are either steel or heavy duty aluminum.. Its been so long since I've messed with them, I've forgotten.
I will have to check IHC dealer here and see if he has some laying around might be something I could sell on ebay
