Projects Need help! Title-Plates

My buddy just bought a 1933 Ford Sedan.
We wanted to register it last week, but we don't have any paper work or ident. # on the car. Somebody took off the ident plates.
Could somebody help us to get paperwork from another car? Don't Care if 33 or 34.

There are no number plates to remove. The original VIN is stamped into the top of the frame rail right in front of the firewall, driver's side.

 

just checked, there is no number stamped???? guess something is wrong
