Need help to I.D. hurst motor mounts

Bought these years ago in a bulk parts purchase, forgot all about them till today as I was cleaning shelves. No Idea what they are for but the guy I got them from was a Ford guy.
They are stamped Hurst , Any ideas what they are for and /or what they are worth? I was thinking Buick but I'm not sure

 

I think you are right but it's hard to tell from these drawings.

 

Definitely nailhead, drilled with both early and late block bolt patterns.

 

Still got them? Need a pair!
