Need help trying to identify this 40 chev

This may be the Roy Desjardins 40 chev was told its from the windsor area there was no vin or ownership car has lead br*** and bondo old custom for sure i dont think there were many chopped 40 chev coupes around ont at any time do you know of any or maybe what happened to Roys coupe thanks any help would be appreciated
