Technical Need help with a 1928 ford cab with script above back window?

A friend of mine found one of those rare 1928 cab back panels with the ford script above it. I need some help indentifying it though. rather than having the window up high, it has a rather large window about double the normal size. this looks factory as it has all the garnishes and correct beads and ribs, around it. Does anyone know anything about this rare bird haha? thanks david dblock7@aol.com

My Dad has an early cab with the high rear window, but it doesn't have the script. Very interesting.

 

...that's Ford for ya,...lot's of variances,...never knew they put the script back there, learn somethin everyday.
