Need help with brakes

hey guys im trying to use my original emergency brake on my 55 2nd series truck. i have no clue how all the linkage hooks up. could any one show me some pics of there linkage. or if any one has any other ways to have E brakes on it. please let me know

I have a factory manual if it will help. What do you need? Would a scan of a diagram help?

 

thank you please do it would be a big help its a 55 chevy 2nd 1/2 ton. im looking for the linkage that goes under the frame to the rear brakes for the emergency or parking brake
