Geez I know Dave hates me but ya could have just called.
The center of the spinner looks like a BMW logo and what would be blue is checker flag and what would be white is plain. I blew up the pic and don't see any writing on it, Just a reflection in the chrome. This has got to be the old add Mark has.

If the picture that Fritz has is the correct one, then the flags look the same as the pattern that they still use on the repop '59 Dodge Lancer hubcaps like these.

I also have a 1955ish Warshawski catalog that shows a crossed flag emblem that looks very similar but has more checkers in it, I could scan that if needed.

They may be old Mickey Thompsons,I know he was making some spinners with crossed flags & M/T logo back in the 60's.

The spinners on the Orbitron are 2 prong, the ones in the pic i have are 3 prong. didn't old corvettes have 2 prong spinners with crossed flags? Roth would have used whatever was around cheep or free! OR what ever Bell auto had in its catalog. BUT hey they are spinners ya can go back and change them out later, Ask Dirty Doug.

I don't have a pic of the wheels but, I had a 55 chevy awhile back that had wheels with centers like those and Mine had the two checkered flags and it said af/x on them two spokes also instead of three like most were. but thats just a shot in the dark for you. Mine were aluminum slots also.

You can just stare at the engine and not really know what you are looking at. Because everything is chromed, you can't really focus on anything, it's boggling! Like that Williams drawing of a bunch of chrome stuff in a room or whatever that was. I was hypnotized! It's great.
