Alright Alright Alright, I know you've all been waiting to hear what my issue was and whose advice solved the issue.
Step one: Adjusted base advance to 16 degrees and verified full advance of 34 degrees by 3500 RPM. (these are Blue Print's set values). Turns out, the heavy springs weren't allowing it to full advance until 4500. Fixed that with a different spring set up.
Step 2: Followed Edelbrock's calibration procedure. Turns out, needed one step rich in both the primary and secondary circuit, but issue still persisted.
Step 3: Increased accelerator pump shot to top hole to give largest possible, along with going up from a 33 to 43 nozzle size. Helped reduce the hesitation, but didn't completely fix it with a quick step to WOT.
Step 4: Adjusted the secondary air valve on the AVS carb. Made it harder to open requiring higher Velocity. This was the final change. Had to tighten it up more that I thought I would, but it did the trick. Everything is running great.

Thank you all for the advice. Turns out, reading a little bit about the theory of operation and getting good insight from this group correlating symptom to issue (lean at quick throttle transitions) made it pretty easy to fix. All of this was a great learning experience for me, and I'm much more comfortable and confident in my abilities with carburetors now.

It took a bit to get my blueprint 347 to fire off ( my own faults mostly) but its been a screamer for the last 4 years. Glad you got yours going
