Need help...

Hi guys

i need some information of the measure from front to rear axle for a 1940 chevy coupe.
i must replace my rear axle from a "frame off"-restauration but i dont have the right position/measures...

Daan, I yahoo'd 1940 chevy wheelbase and came up with all 1940 chevy coupes and sedans being 113" wheelbase. I hope that helps.

I suggest to forget the original wheelbase dimension and position the rear end so that tires look centered in fender opening.
