I like to make panels out of 16GA steel. To make a cab corner, you could use a 8 or 10" piece of pipe about 6" long. smooth the edges and take a slightly rounded BMFH and slowly stretch the oversized piece of metal onto the pipe, turning it to keep it even and striking it near the edge of the pipe (not in the middle)

Occasionally, you can place the metal on an anvil flat surface (concave side up) and smooth out the kinks and stretch the metal by striking it hard and therefore reducing the thickness and causing it to bulge. and return to the open pipe.

Heating it up red hot will take out the hardening (or temper) if you feel it is necessary and allow it to stretch easer
Finish it on the anvil to smooth it or use a body dolly with a smaller hammer.
To put a flange on the edge, hold it on the edge of the anvil and strike the metal slightly off of the edge of the anvil in a downward motion. Trim the piece down to size as you see the shape taking place.

Don’t have an anvil? Use a piece of heavy angle iron, 6 or 8” X 20” long and hold it in your vise.
Don’t have a vice? Clamp or bolt it to a heavy bench. A flat plate of steel 1” thick also works well.

Don’t have an anvil or a angle iron or a flat plate? Buy a cab corner similar to yours and modify it to fit.

( I know that you have a BMFH every mechanic has one)
