I posted earlier in the wrong area. Some one else's thread. I can not id these wheels. Thought they were Dodge but no. They are 17" 3 1/4" wide and five bolt. But get this, the bolt circle is 4". Any ideas?
I don't have a clue but you have my curiosity up,,I hope someone can tell you what they were originally used on. What size wheels did the old Metro Milk trucks use? HRP
That may be but Chevrolet used 6 lugs here in the U.S.A until 1949 when they switch to 5 lug (but no 5 lug Artillery)
37 Chevy had 5 lug on a 4 1/4 inch bolt pattern, small center hole. I've had several, but I don't think these are chevy. The lip on the outside of the lug hole area looks strange to me.
Discussing this with a buddy; He suggested the possibility of a trailer of some kind. I really don't know, but did some vintage teardrops use anything like this? I will say this.....if you build something with Mopar A-body running gear, from '64-'74 and drum brakes, they'll bolt right on. Roger
