Wow, this is an ambitious deal that you are doing. The current .com that you are using is not good. Most .com are an abbreviation of the business name.
carsnparts superdeals raredeals auctioncity stopngo coolcars rodnauction koolestauction realdeals buynsellhere . Or just refer everyone to the HAMB

    PartsIsParts.com ?

    What about Part2Part?

    Part-a-Rama?

    PartMart... or PartSmart?

Hell, why not partner with Ryan? The HAMB could have a real auction section, under Ryan's banner, and he'd get X% of each sale in return, with you taking the rest of the profit? That is ***uming that upon a successful sale you's be charging a feel of X% of the final sale...

Not a bad business plan... you could do the same with several other car-related sites as well.

This may need a new thread, I'll ask anyway and hope I don't get burned.

Can you think of any features you would like available in an online auction? I am launching this site for true motor heads that hate egay and there ridiculous costs. Anyway, if you have thoughts about what you would like an auction site to be, post em.

Thanks everybody for the name suggestions. Some were cool and others hilarious! The name for the new site is www.rollingoldies.com. Should be up in a couple of months, so if you have ideas or features please let me know.

a GOOD search function. Price, location, years, models, etc. Hard to find parts often have to be shipped, but sometime I find I'll buy cool **** 'cause its cheap enough and close enough to go get it quick.

    Good luck man!
