Set them lower and a little bit further out...looks like they block the grill a little bit...maybe its the angle of the photo.....
I think the height is about right, but about 2 inches too close together. but dont listen to me, there are too many court do***ents and medical professionals that say I am nuts
When their young there high and close together like that but when they get old......it just dont look right
Are those the acutally headlights you'll be using or mockups? If they are the ones you'll be using my $.02 is to go lower and out...
Height is fine. I think they look stoopud sitting on the frame doubling for snowplows, air dams or gravel catchers, besides, IF you are building something that resembles a traditional '40's-'60's hotrod, the cops were sticklers for the 25" headlight height back then so the only cars that ran them lower (for very long anyway) were "trailer queen show cars" Some cops still are, cept the legal height is 22" now I think. Not too close together either. if they are further apart the just start looking like unattached flying saucers and effectively and visually start making their own/more drag stram instead of "drafting" along wit the body. They ARE too damn BIG! Put some sealed beam size and type lights on that car, like some Guide, King Bee, or Dietz lights. Running big stock style headlights wasn't "hotrod" until '70's Resto Rod/StreetRod strted up in the 'late '60's.
