Just found out that to get a "street rod" registration for my 32 ford highboy roadster (the only way to have open wheels in NH), that I must have an electric motor powered windshield wiper.
I'm going to only have this on the vehicle for inspection, and it will be immediately removed afterward.

My windshield is chopped 2" and my electric system is 12V.
Anyone have a quick & easy to install solution? The Cheaper the better!

I also have to put front turn signals on it...any good-looking solutions for that?

Total Performance used to sell one for the T-Bucket. It clamped to the top of the windshield frame so no drilling involved.

  7. I use one similar to the one posted by 1934COUPE. Works great and has auto park.

I used a company product from Mighty Wiper , have no idea if they are still in business

  9. Someone has an electric clamp on. Plug into lighter

  10. I bent up to pieces of stainless to clamp together around the windshield frame, and the boat style wiper mounted through the stainless. Wiring ran down to a plug.

Coffee sprayed out my nose when I opened that link.
I wish the emoji choices here included one of those "laughing-crying-rolling" faces.

I had the same situation with my Deuce roadster and I purchased a clamp on windshield wiper adaptor from Ron Francis Wiring. They have several different types and it worked perfectly for me. It is easily put on and off and satisfies the DMV.

If you go to the Ron Francis site, the part numbers are WM-78 for the wiper motor and the removable bracket is WB-33. By the way, I plug the wiper into a cigarette lighter socket.
