Need rear identification

I just picked up a few banjos and I want to be sure what they are before they gone to the classifieds#1 has hyd brakes,open drive,and leaf spring pads. I think this is 1/2ton pickup,but what year?
#2 Columbia two speed,no brakes,50.5" between spring pearchs
#3 Columbia two speed,hyd brakes,48.5" between spring perches. I think it's 39-40.
Plus the axles and parts from another two speed.
These 2 speeds are confusing to value,what have you guys actually sold these for
