Need some advice

I found a Edsel gauge cluster in really good shape other than missing a gauge.
It has the speedo that looks like a compass. How much would you folks pay for this cluster. I think it would go great in the dash of my '59 Binder.

 

The most i would pay $150 being clean chrome and clear plastic cover over the tak. I picked one up for $80

 

The tach is missing but the rest is in great shape. I think I should be able to pick it up Monday for 50 bucks.
