super glue for super chargers, so it won't blow off. although do to the amount of horses, Frau Blucher might suggest a protein colloid glue.
Just cover it in bondo and paint it. Just make sure it's not more than a dime thick. Wait, I think that was a different thread.
Years ago, went to a car show and one guy had this method of welding aluminum with a propane torch and this special welding rod. He welded some aluminum tubing and man the weld was strong. He could tear the aluminum, but not the weld. I believe the rod had some nickle in it. I ended up buying some, but never used it.
I have used Aladdin 3 in 1 but you have to watch the temp as it goes from ready to ruined in a matter if seconds . once you get the heat control down it works great , not as good as a tig weld though .
