I have spent the last two days trying to find this post, but have found nothing. About a month ago there was a fella on here that posted about some new toggle switches/toggle switch guards that he was making. These were the vintage aircraft style with the ball on the end of the toggle switch and the "U" shaped bent round bar guards for each side of the switch. I had his website bookmarked, but my computer went down and I lost it. If anyone can help me find this company or their website I would greatly appreciate it and thanks for your time.

Here is a picture of what the guards looked like, but they were chrome.

Not the exact answer you want but the one you show is used by aircraft. Try searching aircraft switches thru the web.

  3. They do those over here as aftermarket switches for kit cars so that they can p*** safety inspection (so no one can get impaled on them!!). Google Car Builder Solutions UK.

Same switches also used on the BMW MINI (the BINI).
