attach your test light to the distributor side of the coil. If the points are opening and closing the light will flash on and of when you crank it over.

We had this happen to a buddy's car on the side of the road. Everything SEEMED to check out fine but no spark. Replaced EVERYTHING - check with a test light made from tail light bulb & everything checks out good, but NO SPARK at the plugs! TEST light checks out EVERYWHERE - still no spark. Skratch heads - finally............it's a BAD connection between the point contact plate and the distributor body. So basically we had POWER but no ground path. Worth a double check if you've run out of ideas.

Coil hooked up properly? + to hot - to distributor? If everything else checks out, points etc try a different coil.
