I know this is an unpopular choice on this board, but we have a customer who wanted us to build an "original" 1956 convertible out of a 2 door hardtop.
We were told on the tri-five website that someone on the H.A.M.B. board had posted some detailed pictures of a 55-56-57 conversion like this. We have searched, but can not come up with anything. Does anyone know anything about this being on here or anybody who has done this? I don't know when they were supposed to have been posted, could have even been a link to another site. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Ronnie and Angie Hinton

Haven't seen a convertible thread , usually frowned upon cuttin a 2dr hardtop most conversions round here are 4dr to 2dr .

Hugh Woodward on here has done it. You can PM him, or check your PMs for his phone number.
