    Morning all,
I am reaching out to the collective brains to ID this wheel cover.

My buddy unearthed some old car parts and a 1955 Packard Caribbean Convertible stuffed into what is the oldest garage built in one of the local towns.

If you have an idea, let’s hear what you think.

    Thanks everyone,

He did already, he p***ed away.

The collection of cars has all been sent to new homes including a 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham with the stainless steel roof and the Packard is heading off to his granddaughters place.
