Need Some help!!

Hi Guys, Hope someone can help!!
I have a 35 Ford Coupe with a 39 Mercury Flathead in it putting out about 220Hp. Want to put a T5
5speed transmission behind it. running an 11" flywheen & clutch (10 spline) Need to know what model car the gearbox i should be chasing. I have been told a T5 World Cl*** out of a S10 Chevy pickup!!

Are you keeping the torque tube rear end?

 

Yep T5 is the way to go.
220 hp sounds a little exaggerated but not impossible. I would also change out the banjo if you plan on beating on it.

 

would love to get the specs on that 220 hp flattie

220 HP from a flatty ain't impossible but it sure would be expensive. HRP
