Heres a picture of my car with copper wheels I'm thinking of painting the rims Black with either baby moons & rings or black with the chrome lugs & rings
Or repainting the rims copper again & running baby moons!!
    now 2 questions?
    1) can anyone "photoshop" it with black rims?
    2) I need some oppinions on it.
    Thanks

Like the copper color but would ditch the wide trim rings, pinstripe the center and put on some hubcaps. Hubcaps, not wheelcovers.

Your not going to like me but paint them the same color as the flames RED and get rid of the gold valve covers. Too much gold. Oh yeah baby moons.

My sentiments exactly! It's not every day that you see copper wheels and motor... and it really works!

I was thinking along the same lines, but I would dye the interior gold and either lose the flames all together or add something gold there, gold flames or a gold scallop.

The red interior/flames and the gold wheels/engine are what's throwing me off. Although really it's not bad as-is.

I like it with the copper, although I would accent the flames and interior with some copper stripping and knobs or something to bring it all together. The baby moons would go great! Although, I dont think I would go so far as to dye the upholstery, that seems like it would be too much.

Baby moons are good but I think the tires is the problem. They need to be very thin white walls or just black with more of a big/little thing going on.

The wheels are OK but your flames need some attention in my book.

  23. Yeah. I'm having trouble getting past the flames. The rest of the car looks well thought out, and they look like an afterthought.

I always hope when I ask for advise on the hamb that people are brutally honest
I would get rid of those flames or have them painted to accent the body
They look like stick on vinyl
And trash the radial tires otherwise it’s a cool car with gold or red wheels

Flames where painted on when the body was painted, My friend & i did them.If you see them in person they are really nice.i would never take them off the car.Again thats my oppinion & option!!I really appreciate all your input, this is helping me decide.
The pics do make the flames look like decals, but there not.Just done really well.
Also i would never get rid of the radials either, i drive the***** out of the car so , handling, comfort, ride & performance are important to me.I'l on my 11 season since i built it & i'm coming up on 47,000 on the oddometer.

No i appreciate all the input. If you read the first post i ask about the rims. Nothing else & almost everyone was very helpful.
So maybe its your "input" i don't need!!All the others i'm listening to.
