MAN IS THAT UGLY!!!!!!!! Maybe its because of your shadows!!?????

Couldn't be the Joe Dirt style jacked up back end and IROC wheels!!!!! Gotta be the shadows.

    It ain't the shadows, bro.

Although, even with this slammed on some better wheels, I don't think I'd like it chopped.

This is why photoshopping is important.

I will get an updated pic. Steelies, dropped suspension & send it to you. I want to chop the roof, not as much as you "cut off", with that year of car, there is definitely a such thing as "too much chop".

    I hear ya.

I am parting out the 57 in the pictures to build my dream car, an 80's IROC!!!!!!

I have seen some that look good......... chopped 57's, not IROCs

It's the proportions. Ask jeffrob to post one of the one's I did. It's chopped too, only it's visually "correct". (IMHO)

Its about the chop... too much... a more subdued chop... slight rake... better

SICK!!!!!!!! I dig it!!! Thanks a ton, I owe you a beer!!! I lowered the back end already, I just need to get some days off of work to do my drop spindles, shocks and brakes now. The photo is good inspiration.

  22. ive been tryin to get the guys on the chevy truck board to do my panel, but no ones really given it a good shot. i didnt want to put it on here cause its so new. this is my shop truck , i would like to go a little lower, same caps same size rubber. i know its a little done to death but i want it flat black with a big watson scallop job in the panel and behind the wheels in pontiac engine blue the metalic blue, not the newer crappy blue. i was thinking about knocking about 3" out of the top but man would that be a big floppy bitch cut up. if some one could do this for me i will owe/ and pay a six pack! and if its a big pain ill go as high as a half!

Here's an unphotoshoped picture of my daily that was on your other post. It went from these skinny whites to wide whites and now its on blackwalls...20k miles a year on mountain roads let me try out a lot of tire looks. I like the blackwalls. But I'd like to see it a little lower in the rear and a couple inches out of the top...I'd like it to hardly look chopped. Some mild scallops on the front and back fenders plus a shop logo on the door would ice the cake (it says "modern louver service" now).

Does any one know of a simple photoshop how-to online? I have it on my computer but really have no idea how to use it.

    Thanks - Jeff

Sorry, couldn't do the shop logo. I'm not very good at photoshop, I'm still learning it's quarkiness. The top wasn't chopped, just laid back at a 10 degree angle. And the rear was lowered just a tad. The truck is a great looking truck in it's original picture.
