Got what looks to be late 70's Caddy steering column mated to MII rack/pinion which came with u joints below the steering column. One of the U joints is shot, did anyone ever make a replacement u joint for these? I can't find aftermarket referances for caddys.

I've looked at the aftermarket joints and its going to take a lot of re-inventing to graft them on. I'm told GM made replacment u-joints for the shafts but I can't find them in the usual web sites.

    Thanks

if you can find one of these and do some measuring it might be a little cheaper
