Well, today my Mom dropped a bombshell- one of my sisters has MS. I have been praying for a miracle as she also has arthritis and scorisis. She is really going through hell right now, and so am I. My grandmother has dementia, and my folks are looking at divorce. ****. Oh, and Repoguy, I forgive you for your remarks, you couldn't have known about my cir***stances. Thanks all. You guys are like a second (dysfunctional) family for me. -Crew
Heya CC/K.... We will keep you and yours in our prayers....this is one of those times when life seems like it is choking everything you hold dear....keep in mind that others in your family might be looking to you for strength and support.
Wish you and your family all the best in dealing with, what sound like, a lot to deal with at this time. I hope you can all keep the spirit, to help make things better.
Life can throw you some real challenges (been there, done that). In the end it will test your resolve and faith. I'm an example of the result of both. I'll keep you in my prayers and for your part, be strong for those around you. Frank
I'm praying and pulling for you and your family. I know it's tough to hang tough. May God bless. Joel
Trust in God, for he does not make mistakes. It may seem impossable to get through at times, but faith that there is a reason even, if we don't know what it is, He does and will make it all right in the end. Useless
.........sounds like you're at "that point?" I feel like things will be fine and then something goes wrong. THEN, something else goes wrong. THEN....something else. That's when I get to "that point!" I ususlly stop, throw up my hands, look up and say, "OK.......what else????" It's at "that point" that I realize that despite my best efforts, I am powerless. The only thing I really have control of is my own actions. I pray, do what I can and hope for the best. Things don't always work out the way I had hoped for, but I HAVE made it this far in life somehow. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Hang in there 'bro...........
Hang in there man. Now is the time when having a hobby like ours can really save your ***. Working on a car or a model or anything can be a lifesaver when you need to get your mind off things. All the best, things will get better.
