To all my brothers out there (sisters too) I am asking for all those who believe in prayers, positive thinking, whatever to conjure up those believe to pray for my 2 year old daughter who last night at 6 pm was struck by a rattlesnake...in a matter of 10 seconds out the back door of my house it happened...so far they have administered 27 vials of anti venom in an effort to avoid major surgery...I have never been so scared and felt so helpless...I love cars and am passionate about them but they don't mean a damn thing next to my kids...God Bless all of you

Oh man that serious shit for a little one. You have all of my prayers. I sure hope they are able to straighten her out. At least you seen it happen and were nearby. Stay strong.

Wow, that is serious for such a little person. I'll send a prayer her way too. Keep us posted for sure.
Add my prayers to the top of the pile.... also, bite/sting tech.... my wife was once stung in bed by a scorpion, the scariest part, our two kids were in bed with her, granted, not as deadly as a snake bite. I was in the shower, had just come in from the garage about 1 am. We called a retired nurse friend of ours, she said to put a blob of honey on a wash rag and lay it over the sting, then wrap it with an Ace bandage. The super saturated solution pulls the poison out of the sting/bite. She said if it had stung one of the kids (6 & 2 at the time) to do the same thing and go to the emergency room. It really works, the next morning, you couldn't even see any of the 3 stings my wife recieved about 5 hours before.
Oh man, this is rough. My thoughts and prayers out to your little girl for a speedy and painfree as possible recovery.
this man's fervent prayer will, Lord willing, avail much. His word says to be anxious in nothing, but in all things give thanks. He is good and faithful to give - we just gotta ask, and I am asking for His richest blessings on your daughter and all those around her tending to her, you and her mom and the doctors and nurses. Be faithful.
I'm not a praying man but my hopes and good thoughts are heading your way for your daughter EXPRESS! Stay strong for her.
