I had to leave my 31 model A frame in Mo. when I moved to Fl. I did not have the hindsite to take measurements. What I am looking for are basic dimentions and the hard part I need a tracing of the front part of the frame to duplicate the taper of the frame. I would be willing to pay a small fee if someone can help.
check out Wescott's site for basic dimensions and I think I posted a cad drawing of the front rail section to the Tech Archives... edit: yup, here's a link, it's the last post to the thread AUTOCAD, test thread no charge
If you follow Paul's link, there is a fairly detailed drawing of a A frame with measurements. a bit more detail than the Westcott catalogue drawings. Also the differences between 28/9 and 30/31 and Canadian vehicles. Worked good for me, but then I may be prejudiced. That is the drawing I used to make a body dolly and the basis of the ch***is that I built for my coupe. Canuck
Where did you leave the old frame? I could help you with a little cleanup, for free even. BTW, You didn't have the foresight to measure. Now that you need it, it is in hindsight. Best of luck.
